The DeLa Express and Hackberry NGL Projects present an opportunity to eliminate and/or reduce carbon dioxide and methane emissions by:

- Providing an alternative natural fuel and feedstock to coal and refined products
- Reducing natural gas and liquids flaring in the Permian Basin of West Texas
- Utilizing electric compression and pumping technologies, as applicable
- Utilizing solar generated electricity to power critical US infrastructure
- Capturing and sequestering carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions
