DeLa Express and Hackberry NGL Projects
Moss Lake Partners is developing a U.S. Gulf Coast wellhead-to-water natural gas and liquids platform through its two flagship midstream projects.
The Moss Lake Projects Platform currently includes, but is not limited to:
The DeLa Express Project is a proposed long-haul pipeline for liquids-rich natural gas transportation.
The Project will serve to safely ship critical natural gas and liquids supply from the prolific Permian Basin of West Texas to high-demand consumer markets in and around Lake Charles, Louisiana.
The Project is contemplated to include approximately 690-miles of 42-inch diameter pipeline, several lateral extensions, multiple compressor stations and metering stations, and other ancillary equipment and facilities.
The Project will provide around 2 billion cubic feet per day ("BCF/d") of natural gas and liquids transportation capacity.

The Hackberry NGL Project is a geographically advantaged NGL fractionation, storage and export project on the Calcaseiu Ship Channel.
The Project consists of:
-
- Up to 300 Mbbl/d of NGL fractionation and up to 315 Mbbl/day (expandable) export project on the Calcesieu Ship Channel in Louisiana
-
- Up to 30 MMbbl of salt dome storage capacity
-
- Access to ~48 ft. water depth for marine export terminal operations
