ENERGY INFRASTRUCTURE PLATFORM

Moss Lake Partners is developing a U.S. Gulf Coast wellhead-to-water energy infrastructure platform by proposing to build, own and operate two flagship midstream projects.

The Moss Lake Projects Platform currently includes, but is not limited to:

The DeLa Express Project is a proposed USGC long-haul pipeline system for natural gas and liquids transportation.

DeLa Express will serve to safely ship critical natural gas and liquids supply from the prolific Permian Basin of West Texas to high-demand consumer markets in and around the Sabine River corridor in East Texas and Southwest Louisiana.

DeLa Express is contemplated to include approximately 645 miles of 42-inch diameter pipeline, several lateral extensions, multiple compressor stations and metering stations, and other ancillary equipment and facilities.

DeLa Express will provide around 2 billion cubic feet per day ("BCF/d") of natural gas and liquids transportation capacity.

The Hackberry NGL project is a geographically advantaged NGL fractionation, storage and export project proposed to be built on the Calcaseiu Ship Channel in Cameron Parish, Louisiana.

The Hackberry NGL project is proposed to consist of:
  • - Up to 300 Mbbl/d of NGL fractionation and up to 315 Mbbl/d of NGL export capacity on the Calcesieu Ship Channel
  • - Up to 30 MMbbl of salt dome storage capacity
  • - Access to ~48 ft. water depth for marine export terminal operations
  • - Fully integrated dock capable of loading NGL vessels from barges to ultra-large ethane carriers (ULEC) and very-large gas carriers (VLGC) for LPG
